In the spring of 2018 I was interviewed by Vermont Magazine for an article about WhiteRoom Custom Skis and the story of how I got into building custom skis. Their writer and skier Mark Aiken, came to visit me at WRS HQ. We talked skis, ski building and I showed him around my shop. I’ll be posting a little more with some of the recent updates WRS has been developing over the past year or so, things like the CNC machine mentioned in the article as well as some evolution of some of the features I’ve added to my skis this season like solid ABS tail bumpers and screen-printed nylon top sheets over the veneers.
