A little look at some edge work today. This process takes time to be sure the base, edge and core blank all align perfectly. It’s one of the more finicky steps in the process but so rewarding when it all comes together! The keen eye will notice the blue primer on the edges. It used to be matte light grey. First pair of 2024 is done and they came out beautifully! This set is 180 cm 138/108/120mm with a 30 cm rocker tip, 4 mm of camber a short tail rocker with a medium flex. The weight 4lbs 11 oz, not bad for a ski that big. I used a combination of fiberglass with some carbon fiber composites for this ski.
